We are glad to see you are interested in dancing with us. There are a few ways to register for classes. The easiest way is to call or email, (see contact info below) or you can download one of the following forms and mail in to the address listed on the form. There are 3 different file formats available to choose from. Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Works, and Adobe PDF.

Right Click Icon and select Save File as:
